cowgirls and cupcakes

we went to a 4th birthday party for our sweet friend avery at a horse ranch..
i had horses growing up so this was like a party for me too..

here is their first reaction to a horse..

they warmed up quick..

all the kids were given small buckets with grains, carrots, hay and other food they could dump, throw or chuck at the animals..

Decked..

We have officially started to Deck out the house!! Yay! I love this time of year, so many traditions being made, boots and scarves come out of hiding, lots of cooking, cinnamon flavored candles, arts and crafts, carnivals, pumpkin patch, christmas tree farm, apple cider, mash potatoes, elvis' white christmas on vinyl..
and on and on....
we still have decorating to do, this is only the beginning.
i go crazy in the house because it makes the holidays seem longer to me..
oct 1st halloween goes up and Day after thanksgiving christmas goes up..
chloe kept saying "party' when we were put this stuff up..
